BlackRock Resources, LLC is a small Pennsylvania based staffing/consulting firm that is dedicated to supporting the Oil/Gas/Power and Metals companies and their vendors with their recruiting and staffing needs. We continue to hear from companies that they are not satisfied with the level of support they are getting from their current vendors and that their hiring needs are either not being met or the quality of the candidates are disappointing. So, we decided to focus on helping these companies by networking, sourcing, qualifying and recruiting the best candidates in the industry.

As a result, BlackRock Resources is well networked, experienced but flexible. We provide the traditional direct hires, contract-to-hire and contract staffing solutions but we are also open to customize solutions as well. What is unique about BlackRock Resources is we are not in the business of helping everyone. Many staffing firms will “do it all” and in return they limit their ability to fully support their best customers.
